Products Policy

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which ProtectionNation.com, LLC makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").

By placing an order, the Purchaser recognizes:

1) …that he/she is of legal age (absolutely no sales to minors under 18 years of age).

2) …that he/she does not fall in one or more of the following categories: fugitive from Justice; convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence; subject to a court order (prohibiting harassing, stalking, or threatening of an intimate partner or child of an intimate partner or placing such persons in reasonable fear of bodily injury); convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for any terms; drug users or addicts, aliens illegally or unlawfully within the US or those lawfully admitted in non-immigrant status; dishonorably discharged from the military; formally renounced US citizenship; and mental defectives or persons committed to a mental institution.

3) …that the product(s) will be used in a lawful, responsible manner, exclusively for self-defense purposes: he/she will NEVER use that product on someone who is not attempting to attack him/her physically (that includes both human beings and animals) and will NEVER use that product against a law enforcement officer. The self defense device(s) will be kept out of the reach of children at all times.

4) …that although ProtectionNation.com describes some general stun guns laws and pepper sprays laws that applies to the possession and use of the non-lethal weapons we sell, it is the purchaser’s exclusive and entire responsibility to ascertain and comply to all applicable Local, State, and Federal laws in the areas of intended use, in regard to the possession and use of any items purchased. The buyer will not violate those laws or allow others to do so. The Purchaser, NOT ProtectionNation.com, LLC, assumes sole responsibility to know, to do the proper investigation and to comply with the legal standards of the specific area in which he or she resides, and makes a compromise to check with the police department in his/her area, when in doubt.

5) …that under NO circumstances ProtectionNation.com will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of use, misuse, inability to use, of the equipment purchased from this site. This includes, but is not limited to, negligence on the consumer's part.

If the Buyer does not agree with the aforementioned product policy, he/she is advised not to do business with us. Under NO circumstance ProtectionNation.com will compromise it's legal and lawful philosophy of responsible use of self-defense devices, which are intended for personal, familiar, home and business security exclusively.

However, if you comply with these terms and conditions, it will be our pleasure to do business with you. Please understand that our product policy is meant to protect law-abiding citizens as yourself from other's misuse of the products we sell.
