DOMESTIC ORDERS

We are currently accepting orders only from addresses located in the United States of America and its territories. However, no orders from NY, FL or PR are accepted at this time (we do hope to do business with this location in a near future, so please stay in touch with us). No international orders are accepted at this time. Please provide a physical address for shipping, as we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship mostly with UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Once we receive your order, we will process and try to ship your order same day if order is received by 2pm EST Monday through Friday, depending on overall order volume.. Orders received after that time, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day. Please provide a physical address for shipping, as we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

SHIPPING FEES

Our shipping and handling fees are among the lowest available on the market. We may charge you as low as $3.95 in S&H!

ORDERING METHODS

You can use your credit card to place your order online 24 hours a day. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal.

Please include a legible, complete and accurate street address for shipping. We will charge a $6.95 additional shipping fee to reship your order if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You should always be aware of exactly where your order is at, as we offer full end-to-end tracking on shipments. Please provide a physical address for shipping, as we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

SHIPMENT TIME FRAMES

Our warehouse is located in Florida (U.S.A.). Below is a chart that will give you an idea of how much the shipment usually will take when you pay using a credit card.

When paying by money order, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of your money order. The aforementioned shipment time frames will apply only after your payment is received by Protection Nation.

Please note that any delivery or shipment time frame we provide is a good faith estimate only. Although every effort is made to process and expedite within the aforementioned time frames, stock issues may arise as some of our inventory relies on third party warehousing. We will advice you as soon as possible if an out of stock or back-order situation arises. In such cases, we will ask you (prior to billing) if you wish to wait for the item. If not, we will refund the transaction. We will honor or carry back orders.

STUN GUNS/TASER® DEVICES SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please take into account that stun guns (or any kind of weapon) cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S. (including it's territories). Additionally, because the following continental states do not allow the use of stun guns by private individuals, ProtectionNation.com will not process stun guns orders to: Illinois, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, D.C. and Wisconsin.

Stun guns are equally restricted in the following cities: Annapolis, MD; Baltimore, MD; Baltimore County, MD; Chicago, IL; Dension / Crawford County, IA; District OF Columbia; and Philadelphia. Again, please keep in mind that ProtectionNation.com cannot process stun guns orders to residents of the aforementioned cities.

ProtectionNation.com will process stun guns orders to Connecticut, Florida and North Dakota, but customers must keep in mind that a permit is required in order to carry these devices in those specific states.

Stun guns are legal in the rest of the states, requiring no permits. But as legal standards may change from time to time, please check with the police department in your area, when in doubt. Again, the customer, not ProtectionNation.com, is responsible to do the proper investigation and to comply with the legal standards of the area in which he or she resides.

PEPPER SPRAYS SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

ProtectionNation.com cannot process pepper sprays outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (pepper sprays can only be shipped by ground). We cannot ship pepper sprays orders to New York (where these products are sold exclusively by licensed firearms dealers and pharmacies) and Massachusetts (where they are sold by licensed firearms dealers).

While we do process pepper sprays orders to California, Michigan, Washington and Wisconsin, please take into account that some restrictions for their use exists in those states (California: weight restricted to 2.5 ounces (about 70 grams); Michigan: less than 35 grams per can, no stronger than 2% concentrate, no combinations; Washington D.C.: you must register with the police for possession of pepper spray; Wisconsin: pepper spray only, no stronger than 10%, safety features required, weight allowed 15-60 grams;).

Please take these restrictions in mind before you order. If you order a restricted item in your area, we will remove it and will not charge your credit card for that particular item.

We will process animal repellents in general, including dog and bear sprays, to all 48 contiguous states.
